Erik Knops started in the garden.
Through Knops Tuindesign and years of experience in high-end outdoor living, Erik developed a unique vision in which landscape, architecture, lighting and atmosphere come together.
Today, Knops Innovations combines that heritage with a forward-looking approach to outdoor systems. This makes Erik Knops not just another partner, but the first garden architect and outdoor design specialist to actively connect his vision and platform to Maretti Lighting.

Knops and Maretti unite under a shared name. Together we develop and launch a dedicated Knops outdoor lighting collection — designed by Knops, produced by Maretti. Supported by a full launch campaign across the Knops platform, social channels and professional network.

The first innovation on the 12V platform: audio integration. Working with Maretti's existing infrastructure and technology partners, we develop outdoor audio as a seamless extension of the lighting system. Sound and light. One cable. One experience.
Connectivity. WiFi in the garden.
Expanding the platform with WiFi connectivity — turning the outdoor lighting infrastructure into a smart network backbone. A hotspot in the garden. Seamless, invisible, future-ready.
